Dshaikh Izuchukwu [ founder ]

Dshaikh is the visionary behind Confluence of Hope. He has persevered through years of trials in developing the facilities of this nonprofit in an underdeveloped Nigeria.

Ifeoma izuchukwu [ chief medical officer ]

Dr. Izuchukwu is a doctor of internal medicine full time at VA Hospital and with privileges at many other hospitals in Los Angeles. She is also a Professor at UCLA School of Medicine.

Chidera izuchukwu [ chief fundraising officer ]

Chidera, the eldest child, heads up the fundraising for Confluence of Hope because of her experience in raising funds for her current role as UCLA’s Assistant Director of Basic Needs and Technology Services.

Amaechi Izuchukwu [ Chief Operations Officer ]

Amaechi runs the general operations for Confluence of Hope in the United States as a second in command to his father, Dshaikh.

uju izuchukwu [ director of volunteering ]

Uju, the last child, takes the lead on coordinating volunteers despite recently receiving a degree in Fashion Merchandising. She uses her eye for visuals and minor in marketing to run the COH Instagram.
